Livestock Life Cycle at Wolfe's Neck Farm for GS and CP

On Wednesday, the GS and CP went to Wolfe's Neck Farm for a little "pique-nique" right before a presentation on Livestock Life Cycle. They were delighted to meet newborn animals such as kids, lambs, chicks and calves. So much cuteness everywhere!

They also learned about the milking process.

They also learned how to make butter: you have to put some heavy cream in a little glass container and shake it for a few minutes until the buttermilk and butter separate. You filter, put a little salt on the butter et voilà! Delicious homemade butter on a cracker!

Everyone had a lovely time exploring the farm Merci to all the chaperones who came!
