This project, inspired by Georgia O'Keffe and a moose skull found behind Dasha's house by her neighbor 25 years, ago was done in connection with a science unit on ossification.
We drew the moose skull.
This was students first attempt this year to produce a pencil drawing of a still life.
We also worked on the notion of contrast while painting flowers in O'Keffe style using acrilics.
