South Freeport Church Fall Festival is on Saturday, September 24. Pick up great bargains at the annual flea market from 8 am to 3 pm. Don't miss the BBQ dinner from 5 to 7:30 pm, presented by the Riverfront Barbeque & Grille restaurant in Augusta. The buffet menu includes slow smoked pulled pork, hardwood grilled chicken on the bone, smoked St. Louis ribs, BBQ beans, crispy cole slaw, jalapeno cornbread, apple crisp, gingerbread and drinks. Tickets for dinner are $15 in advance for adults ($18 at the door) and $5 for children. Call the church office at 865-4012 for tickets.
