The 2nd Graders have been hard at work in English class. Students have been reading nonfiction animal books and researching an animal of their choice so that they can make a final research book. Research has included what the animal eats, where it lives, what it looks like, habitat, and other interesting facts. After students finished, they shared their accordion style book with the preschool class as they are now experts on alligators, hamsters, pandas, and many other animals. It was so great to see them work so hard and to read so well to their younger peers.
