We worked on shadows with Aurore, the student teacher from France who spent a month in our classroom. After observing the shadows outside on a sunny day, Aurore read us a story. Finally, we played with shadows on the white screen in the classroom. We looked where we should put the light to create a shadow, how to make it smaller or bigger. We also found how we could start with an object and make different shadows by changing its position.
